Hi,
2003 is almost over and we're already looking forward to the New Year with a truly great Decca debut from our new Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja - due out in the spring. Believe me it'll be well worth the wait. All that's left to do this year is have a look back at some of the key releases of 2003 with our annual "Festive 50" - the ultimate Christmas shopping list. Also it's time for our now-traditional "Festive Competition"... and we've got some great prizes this year. The cream of the crop is a framed and signed print from Renée Fleming's 'By Request' album, and a signed book, CDs and DVD from Valery Gergiev. We've also got signed CDs from Hayley Westenra, Russell Watson, Bond, and a whole heap of other prizes. You can enter the competition by going to the Decca homepage. Have a great holiday and we'll be back in the New Year!

Our retail partner iClassics.com will be launching internationally early next year. What does this mean for you? For the first time ever, American, European and Asian music lovers will be able to order and receive any title from the entire Universal Classics current international catalogue! This means all iClassics customers from around the world will have access to a broader catalogue range, and customers outside of the US will receive better, cheaper service. Stay tuned for further information as launch date approaches...

Also the Universal Classics current international catalogue will be made available online (in the US to start) as paid digital downloads in the coming months, making your favourite repertoire only a mouseclick away.
