A couple of updates from the Hayleys Headquarters newsletter

1. We all know and love the Today Show, and Hayley is going to be performing "Who Painted the Moon Black" on the show December 3rd. She will be promoting the upcoming taping of the Katarina Witt and Friends special that will be airing in January. Keep an eye on your emails for more information on that special.

2. It has just been confirmed that Hayley will be performing at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. She will be performing "Beat of Your Heart." Can't wait!

3. Hayley's been added to a few radio stations around the country and she needs your help with the requesting. Take a look HERE for more details.

23rd November 2004 - UNICEF LONDON CONCERT
 

Firstly, many of you will already know about Hayley's ongoing involvement with UNICEF as one of their special ambassadors. Now Hayley is set to perform an exclusive concert in London in aid of UNICEF. The concert takes place at Canada House on Trafalgar Square on Tuesday 23rd November and this will be Hayley's only performance in London this year. All proceeds from the concert will go to charity and for every NZ$ raised the NZ government will match it. The money will go towards Unicef's 'Strong Women for Strong Women' campaign,

The 'Strong Women for Strong Women' UNICEF campaign was launched by the NZ Prime Minster on 28 July and is a three year advocacy and fundraising campaign designed to raise awareness about gender discrimination girls face in developing countries with a focus on child protection (sexual exploitation, labour, trafficking, genital mutilation), Education and HIV/AIDS. Although this is a UNICEF NZ campaign, ultimately the funds are going to UNICEF International initiatives in areas where girls and women most suffer from discrimination and adverse cultural practice. 10th November 2004 - Hayley and Aled Jones record festive duet
